Terms of engagement

Acceptance and scope

By using this website or booking an engagement, you accept these terms. Module Framecore provides educational relocation cost planning and written budget recommendations. We do not provide legal, immigration, tax, investment or regulated financial advice, and we do not guarantee third-party prices, exchange rates, housing or visa outcomes.

Bookings and client responsibilities

Scope, fee and dates are confirmed in writing. You agree to provide accurate information, review assumptions and make your own supplier and relocation decisions. Delays in materials may require rescheduling.

Intellectual property

Site text, design and original materials belong to Module Framecore. A paid client may copy and adapt their delivered workbook for personal household use, but may not resell or publish it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, supplier performance, regulatory decisions or changes in costs after the stated research date. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to its fee. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending an engagement

Either party may end work for material breach. Fees and refunds then follow the refund policy and the amount of work completed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes after the parties first attempt good-faith resolution.
