Controller and information collected

Module Framecore is the controller for information submitted through this site and during an engagement. We collect contact details, enquiry text, appointment information, invoices and the household or cost details you voluntarily provide. Please do not send passport copies, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive data.

Purposes and legal bases

We use information to answer enquiries, prepare and perform contracts, keep legally required records, protect the site and, with consent where required, understand aggregate site use. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and international transfers

Limited information may be processed by hosting, email, video-call, storage and accounting providers under appropriate terms. Because clients may be in Thailand and providers or our office may be in Germany or elsewhere, information can cross borders. We use recognised safeguards where required and assess provider protections.

Retention

Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Client working files are normally retained for three years after completion; invoices and records may be kept longer where law requires. Security backups expire on their normal rotation.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may also complain to an appropriate data protection authority.
