Fees include the calls and written materials described on each planning page. VAT treatment, if applicable to your booking, is confirmed before payment.
When additional work is useful
Complex households may need further research—for example, several destination cities, a large pet move or separate arrival dates. We describe the extra scope and quote a fixed amount before starting. Nothing rolls into a subscription or open-ended retainer.
Booking and payment
After a short fit check, we send the scope, available dates and payment instructions. The fee is due to reserve the first call. We never receive commission based on which mover, insurer, bank or accommodation provider you choose.
