Meet Module Framecore, an independent Frankfurt practice helping Thailand-based movers plan the real cost of settling in Germany.
Why Module Framecore exists
Relocation quotes arrive in fragments: a freight estimate in baht, a German deposit based on cold rent, insurance beginning on one date and temporary housing ending on another. We founded the practice to assemble those fragments into a decision a household can actually use.
Our work is led by Mara Klein, a Frankfurt-based relocation budget adviser with experience in international household moves and supplier-cost review. Thai-German cases receive particular attention because currency timing, distance and the very different rental processes create distinct planning pressure.
How we work
We ask for evidence without demanding perfect certainty. Confirmed quotes, sensible ranges and unresolved questions are labelled differently. Recommendations remain independent: Module Framecore takes no referral commission from freight companies, insurers, landlords or currency services.
Clarity also means limits. We do not provide immigration, tax, investment or legal advice. When your budget depends on one of those decisions, we help frame the question for an authorised specialist.
Our working values
Specificity over reassurance. A dated amount is more useful than saying the move should be affordable.
Respect for the household. Priorities differ: a pet, musical instrument, school date or family visit can be essential even when it is not the cheapest choice.
A visible reserve. Contingency money is shown, not buried among optimistic estimates.
